Make paints by extracting pigment from berries and veggies, break surface tension to create painted snowflakes, color titanium with voltage and electroplate copper onto nickels. Through distinctly different processes, we will use science to create art. We will discuss the science behind the art, fusing the two fields together._x000D_
Participants will go through the extraction process of making paints, and at least color titanium. Other activities will be done, depending on time. Instructions for all activities will be given with a Dropbox link. Time will be allotted to discuss where these activities fit in curriculum.
