A crime has been committed in each of the 4 regions of Texas! Come see how students can use properties of soil, other forms of evidence, and logic to put the correct Texas Explorer behind bars. Students will be engaged from day 1 as they explore four different fictional crime scenes. Using their knowledge of properties of soil, reading strategies and logical reasoning skills, students will combine all of the evidence to determine which region the crime was committed in, which early Texas explorer committed the crime and what tool they used to do it!
